Its a great printer. I particularly wanted one with the colour ink cartridges separate, so that it goes further. It was simple to install wirelessly on my laptop and phone. Easy to operate. A bit bulky size-wise, but I am very happy the performance.

Extremely easy to setup. Think in 20 minutes all done. Works well, a little noisy, but prints quickly. Much smaller than the office pro I had before and does the same things. Happy I found it on HSN. Really like Instantink program.

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Good quality printouts. Fast,quiet operation. Love the printer club. Reasonable and I never have to go to the store or go online and search for them. Being disabled that really helps a lot.

We have two HP Officejet Pro printers, 8 series amp; 6 series. Both exhibit quot;Printer Head Damaged or Missingquot; One is about 2 years old and the other one about 3 years old, which we just replaced all b/w amp; color cartridges with HP genuine parts!

The OfficeJet Pro 6960 has good features, a nice design, and printing quality is high. It's fairly cheap to run, too, which makes a good choice for everyday office work. Its scanner is slow, however, and HP's annoying software doesn't help get the best out of it.
