The power adapter was not Working.....Though The seller help to get support from hp service centre of Sylhet, but it was a lengthy process.

This laptop is aesthetically pleasing, fast processing (not for gaming, but for work and online), and decidedly touch screen! The internal components that would make for a fast computer combined with a touch screen interface at such a low price was exactly what I was looking for.

bought this for myself but with the large screen everyone keeps using it from my 4 year old grand daughter to my son for work to my blind as a bat partner may need another soon as this one so popular with the household

For the price, this laptop has excellent specs: the RAM and CPU mean it's snappy, and 1.25TB of storage means it will store everything I throw at it. The keyboard, trackpad, camera, WiFi/Bluetooth have all been completely satisfactory in the couple of weeks I've owned the machine.

for moderate work this is good laptop but battery lasts for only 3-4 hr (only watching movies or browsing) i have not tried for any game. processor is fast responds fast while multitasking. display is really good its fhd display.

As soon as I got it I spent hrs setting it up and getting some updates. Got about 1/2 done then added apps crashed on updates so ended up doing a complete reinstall of windows. I loved my laptop when I first got it although it had a deep scratch on the top of it. I got things set up for use only to find out that the reviews about the speed were dead on; this thing is turtle speed, if it wasn't for the 1 TB of storage that I need, I would send it back.

This laptop is exceptionally fast and organized. Very up to date, with plenty of memory. Easy to use and performs A+. This is my first laptop with Windows 10, and it is amazing. The store employees were extremely helpful with my learning about this laptop.

Design; Easy to Use; Performance

Wanted a simple to use laptop to do simple office tasks (word, excel), web browsing and emails - no gaming, no photos, no intensive hungry tasks. Being a computer numpty I asked the sales person to help out and he pointed me to this one as the specs and being SSD would suit my needs.
