After lot of thoughts I have gone with this product and satisfied with the output except when I use it it on hard floors. When I am using it in new carpet, it is not easy to maneuver, I have tried with all the tool set suggested but still its bit difficult.

Even though this cleaner has a smaller capacity than our previous Dyson, it is heavier and a struggle to get up stairs. Despite this the product is excellent at picking up debris on the carpet. I have never seen it so clean!

Been using for two years now. PROS Great Suction. Tangle Free Tool is great for removing dog hair. CONS. The turbine brush slings dirt and debris everywhere. My opinion is that it spins too fast. A slower brush with higher torque and brushes that grab would be better.
