Did exactly what I wanted, and set itself up too!

I needed a router that could act as a bridge and wireless AP for my home network. The store representative recommended this product to me (for half what I was prepared to spend!) and I took it home. Plugged it in as the included directions asked, and it automatically set everything up!

Nice Product

Ordered this router to use in concert with my wifi blue ray player. Works perfectly. Though the packaged instructions didn't work for me, I was able to set up at the Dlink website pretty simply. My house isn't exactly huge, but there are no dead signal areas.

D-Link DIR-605L Wireless N300 Router

I have found that it can not hold a connection with the modem. Have restart router and then connection comes back for a while. It has to be done at least 4 times a day.

Good product

Got this product at 1600/-, easy to install an d setup. But the internet connection resets when connected to HTC mobile. A biggest problem where i cannot share my WIFI with my mobile. DLink should seriously think about it.

Easy To Set Up; Fast; Secure; Small

Cloud Router has strong monitoring capabilities but indifferent performance

As Wi-Fi routers go, the D-Link DIR-605L Cloud Router isn't a top performer-it has the basic 2-by-2 antenna array required for 802.11n certification, and its LAN ports support only 10/100 (not gigabit) ethernet.

Option to hide geeky networking options; Remote monitoring and control via iOS or Android

Limited to 2-by-2 antenna array (300 mbps max; No support for 5GHz band; Switch is 10/100 ethernet only

D-Link DIR-605L Cloud Router review

The D-Link DIR-605L Cloud Router may not win performance contests, but it's inexpensive and it lets you monitor and control network activity remotely via iPhone and Android apps.

D-Link DIR-605L Cloud Router

Overall, I would recommend the DIR-605L to people who are willing to sacrifice some performance for the ability to monitor network activity from afar. The router's lack of 5GHz support, in particular, is disappointing for city dwellers, who often knock each other off the narrow 2.4GHz band that the...
