The Canon EOS 700D isn't a major step up from the 650D, but it's definitely a very good camera. It's capable of capturing high quality images, it's relatively easy to use and it doesn't feel heavy in the hand, especially with the 18-55mm STM kit lens attached.

We'll see when mine arrives, but for now, it looks like a bargain price for a newer version of last year's T4i .
