Canon EOS 700D Digital SLR Review

The Canon EOS 700D, like the 650D before it, is an excellent Digital SLR capable of producing excellent images, with good exposure, multiple options, including HDR, handheld night shot, 5fps continuous shooting, DIGIC 5 processor, and the Q. menu lets you change settings and options quickly.

Excellent noise performance up to ISO3200; Live view allows 5x and 10x magnification; Excellent image quality; Excellent colour reproduction; Excellent touch screen; Solid body with good handling; Playback image star ratings; Q.

18-55mm IS STM lens larger than previous model; Live view still slow with STM lens; The lens aberration correction feature slows continuous shooting

Canon EOS 700D

Canon's triple-digit DSLR range has long been one of the most popular series of affordable DSLRs. The Canon EOS 700D arrives as a replacement to the EOS 650D , hitting a £650 price tag at launch.

Impressive noise control; Good video capture; Responsive touch screen; Lightweight body

Limited AF points and buffer hamper action performance; Body can feel a touch plasticky; Not a big upgrade from 650D

Canon EOS 700D

The Canon EOS 700D (called the Digital Rebel T5i in North America) is a new DSLR camera that sits above the 600D / T3i at the top of Canon's entry-level EOS line-up. The Canon EOS 700D / Rebel T5i is an extremely modest upgrade of the EOS 650D / Rebel T4i, with the only real changes being the new...

Canon EOS 700D review

The Canon EOS 700D isn't a major step up from the 650D, but it's definitely a very good camera. It's capable of capturing high quality images, it's relatively easy to use and it doesn't feel heavy in the hand, especially with the 18-55mm STM kit lens attached.

The new Canon 700D replaces the 650D as Canon's latest enthusiast DSLR. The differences between the two cameras are extremely subtle, though the 700D is available with a brand new 18-55mm IS STM kit lens that boasts very fast, silent autofocus, extremely smooth manual focusing and no external moving...

Canon EOS 700D - Fantastic, enough said

I've had digital cameras for around 8 years now, they've always been Canon.
This 700D was to replace my aging (yet still perfect 300D .... 5M Pixel just doesn't cut it these days).

Durable; Fast Accurate Auto-focus; Great Features; Great Picture Quality; Lightweight; Quick Start-up; Responsive; Simple Controls

This is my second DSLR and I am really happy with this product. Even though I'm not a pro-photographer, the images that I took with canon eos 700d makes me feel that I'm. The image quality and the ease of use makes it perfect for any occasion.

Image Stabilisation; Easy To Use; Comfortable Controls; Great Image Quality; Fast Shutter Speed

Fantastic digital camera and taken some really good photos

Fantastic digital camera and taken some really good photos. Better than any smartphone, but obviously SLR's are not so convenient. You have to go out specially to take a range of pics and with all the kit suggest not handy for taking on your Hols. unless you're a photonut.
