Canon EOS Rebel T3 review

The Canon EOS Rebel T3 is a solid albeit unexciting, entry-level DSLR that is-for the most part-easy to use. Beginner photographers or those who want a little help along the way will appreciate the camera's on-board Feature Guide; enthusiasts who are comfortable with DSLR features can easily disable...

Awesome deal on top quality products!

I ordered this product and it arrived in two days. I am a graphic design student at San Diego State University and needed a camera to shoot projects I have designed to put into a portfolio. I also needed a cannon pro 9000 printer to print my portfolio on.

Easy To Use; Fast / Accurate Auto-Focus; Fast Shutter Speed; Good Image Quality; Good Image Stabilization; High ISO Performance; Large Clear LCD; Quiet; Tilt /Swivel LCD

This camera knows a lot more than I do!!

I particularly enjoy the quick response for the next picture to be taken. We have bald eagles that nest along our coastline and I like to get multiple pictures of them taking flight or landing.

Easy To Use; Fast / Accurate Auto-Focus; Good Image Quality

Short Battery Life

It's a Hit!

I am not a professional photographer. I normally take pictures of friends and family. However, when I bought my new camera I became more interested in photography because it is so easy to use! I can take excellent, high quality pictures without worrying about getting set up.

good camera

Although this is a great camera and takes breath taking pictures, I did have one problem after 2 months of having this camera. I had a pixel burn out on it to where it showed a black spot in every picture. Luckily it is still under warranty to get it fixed because it has to do with the CMOS.

Easy To Use; Fast / Accurate Auto-Focus; Fast Shutter Speed; Good Image Quality; Good Image Stabilization; High ISO Performance; Large Clear LCD; Quiet; Tilt /Swivel LCD

Camera: 5, Service Center: 0

I sent the camera with the original pre-printed registration card to the "warranty" repair center. Since this was a Christmas gift I do not have an itemized sales receipt. Canon sent me an estimate for $220 to fix a camera that was defective out of the box. Unacceptable. Zero for customer service.

This camera apparently has a lot of capability but I have not been able to use it yet

The camera body is so flimsy that with normal holding pressure in my right hand, my thumb could make the display go to half-brightness and flicker; Let up with my thumb, display works properly; Press right above the four way selector switch

Canon EOS Rebel T3: A Rebel For The Less Rebellious

"We've got to consider the pros and cons, make a list, get advice…" -Jim Backus in Rebel Without a Cause I don't blame you for being confused. I just tested the EOS Rebel T3i, which I really, really liked, and along comes this review of the EOS Rebel T3. What's the difference?

The DSLR models provided by Pentax or Sony are way better looking than the Canon models and it has always been a traditional matter regarding the Canon entry level cameras that even though it manages to remain in the list of high end models yet they lack style.

Taking Point and Shoot to the next level

We purchased this camera for our teenage daughter who wanted to move beyond a point and shoot camera. Purchasing a DSLR camera can be a daunting experience, but the staff at Henry's (Orleans) were amazing.
