Human nature suggests that we should be sick of Call of Duty by now. Black Ops is the series' sixth game in as many calendar years on Xbox 360, and we'd be well within our rights as gamers to not care about it anymore.

Black Ops is the 8th installment in the long running Call Of Duty franchise. Like Modern Warfare 2 and World At War, offers no major gameplay changes. However, Nazi Zombies returns with the addition of Wager Matches, where you put your CoD Points on the line.

These maps are pretty impressive and very well-designed. They range in size from small to large, and contain a lot of unique details. If you are considering expanding your Black Ops experience, the Annihilation Map Pack is the way to go.

Like clockwork, every twelve months Activision rolls out a new title in the Call of Duty franchise and the public goes wild.  Sales go through the roof, the media falls in love with the game, and all is good.

All-in-all the game is good but it could have been better. The main problem I found was the highly frustrating hill mission which could have been fixed very simply. - The Call of Duty franchise is one of the most heralded in the first person shooter genre. So when the announcement of a new game for the franchise comes around it's always a major event and there's a lot of hype and expectations that come with it. Will the multiplayer be amazing?

When I got Call of Duty Black Ops for Christmas I was THRILLED! Many of my friends pre-ordered it as i have with MW3 and Halo 4 but i was expecting a great game and that is definitely what i received.
