OXCGN's Battlefield 3: Close Quarters DLC Review

Battlefield Premium looks to reward players heavily invested in Battlefield 3 and is the start of a vigorous post-launch campaign, granting content to players that ranges from access to new weapons to character and weapon customization, and even assignments.

Battlefield 3 PC Review

I will start off my review for Battlefield 3 telling you a story.  Back when Battlefield 1942 was big, I found myself on an empty server practicing my flying skills.  Another player joined and asked what I was trying to do as I crashed my plane into a factory smokestack for the third or fourth time.

Battlefield 3

There is a good reason why Battlefield 3 is the fastest selling game in EA's history. Simply put, the game is good. Very good. Since Battlefield 1942 was released almost 10 years ago, the franchise has flourished. The latest game, winner of over 60 industry awards worldwide, is the best yet.

Battlefield 3 Review

Battlefield 3 had a lot a live up to. Not only was it following the footsteps of the wildly successful Battlefield 2, the game that showed us that modern warfare could work, but the constant slew of marketing campaigns; along with the never ending battle between that OTHER franchise has built a hype...

Blasting foes and Battlelog woes.

OK so installing this game was a bit of a hassle. The last thing anybody needs is another game client. DICE tried this before with BF2142 expansion and it was an irritating and pointless exercise. Now they've decided to resurrect it - much the collective displeasure of PC gamers everywhere.

incredible graphics; some fantastic modelling; I can see some potential

GET THE MOUSE RIGHT DICE!; Maps prone to choke points; This is still sloppy console seconds

Battlefield 3 review

It's been six long years between the release of Battlefield 2 and its successor, Battlefield 3. The new interloper once again proves that DICE, when on-song, is responsible for some of the most incredible multiplayer experiences on any platform.

Awesome 64-player multiplayer; Stunning graphics from the new Frostbite 2.0 engine; Vehicles, controls, classes, unlocks and character progression handled with care and attention.

Forgettable campaign and predictable co-op offer little more than a distraction

Battlefield 3 Review (PC)

So this is a big one.  EA's fastest-selling game ever. A lot of hype in the lead-up to the launch, too.  You know how that goes. The launch, of course, was a disaster.  Activation problems, connection problems, lag problems, major stability issues, patchy performance…  Battlefield veterans expected...

"Great deal!"

Really worth the price that includes the 5 DLC map packs if your're into the BF3 gameplay. Adds more objectives to do such as unlocking weapons, dog tags, skin cameo and other bonus feature for becoming a premium user.
