I wanted to buy this to continue with the storyline and to have this experience. The style of the game is a mix of AC1 and the gameplay of AC2. Elements of the game play such as the den defense are very fun if you like to control groups in a tower defense style.
I have teenaged kids who love this game. Before it came out, they were a bit afraid that it'd be too similar to the others in the same series, but once they played it, they were hooked. The graphics are really great, the scenery is breathtaking and the story line is entertaining and fun.
Well I thought about getting this game but was unsure then I played it at my cousin's and realized this game was the best. The graphics are unique the story pulls you right in. This game is honestly without a doubt the number #1 game I am totally ready for the next Assassins Creed...
I'm a long time fan of Assassin's Creed. I didn't have a 360 or PS3 when the original game released, but by the time the game became an Platinum Hit, I was able to pick it up. I fell in love. I now fully understand the that it's was a flawed glory.
I gave it to my daughter for Christmas. She was happy to get it but I can't comment on the game itself since she has it at college with her.
I havn't finished the game yet. I have been playing all of the content, collecting all items, and securing all the dens. Logged 19 hours 53% synch and every 3rd auto save the game freezes and I have to power off the xbox and try again.
Absolutely the best historical action gaming experience in of the other similar action games! Congratulations to the developers! I think this legend must go on it's way, because the Assassin's Creed is not just a game as everybody knows!
Okay, first and foremost, this DLC uses the same functionality as the Desmond "Animus Island" side quests which serve to illuminate Desmond's past. However, in this DLC, you are playing as Subject 16 reliving his life and death which precurse Assassin's Creed 1, trapped inside the animus.
Revelations appears on the box as the ultimate Assassin's Creed experience, containing all the features to date and even putting you in the shoes of both Altair and Ezio in a single package.
A welcome return for Altair; A large and bustling new city to conquer; Multiplayer a step up from Brotherhood
Ending reveals little but teases; New additions don't feel fleshed out; Desmond segments are lacking
