Running and walking is a great way to give yourself some self-care. If you put the treadmill inside, you can watch a movie or your favourite TV show, or listen to music or a podcast, so you can let your mind relax and unwind from day-to-day routine.

Running and walking are flexible and adaptable forms of exercise. You can increase the length of your time on the treadmill, or increase your speed. Feeling like a brisk walk? An incline walk?
