Motorola is well-known for its Moto brand. This was an asset that first attracted Google’s attention. The search engine didn’t hold on to it though, so Moto was later acquired by the Chinese firm Lenovo.
Moto consists of several series:
- Moto Z
- Moto X
- Moto E
- Moto G
The flagship series is the high-end Moto Z, where the second generation Moto Z2 Play sells well. The mid-range G-series is also popular, especially Moto G5S Plus. Moto G7 Plus is one of the company’s best sellers.
Motorola recently launched the Motorola One series, which closely follows the standardised Android One OS.
