Unlike last year, for 2020, the Redmi 9-series is available in multiple versions, including a smaller Redmi 9A. But the Redmi 9C has a better specs than the 9A. For starters, it has the Mediatek Helio G35 CPU, instead of the Helio G25 used in the A version.

Salesperson told me this phone had NFC and could pair with my Huawei Watch GT, both of which were very WRONG. Went in circles trying to get a refund, instead went to the Manukau branch where thankfully could find someone who would at least hear me out. Will still shop with Manukau warily, but will AVOID Penrose at all costs!

I think for 170 to have a smart phone that last for 2 years is big bargain. It works great like all other smart phone. No wonder the gov trying to block our use of cheap and wonderful phone other than paying 1000 for an iphone
