Xiaomi has made a name for itself in the fitness wearables space with its affordable Mi Band series. One of the things we really like about these devices is that they have so far been accurate and have offered really good value for money.

There is just something about fitness bands. Everyone seems to want one. It all starts with the excitement for tracking how many steps you walk in a day. That builds up to how much you run on a daily basis perhaps, or how much time you spend in the gym exercising.

So, the Xiaomi Mi Band 3 isn't the perfect fitness tracker. Its heart rate monitor isn't the most accurate, it isn't particularly attractive and the OLED screen isn't all that easy to read in bright conditions. But, you know what, at this price who cares

Has owned it for two weeks tomorrow. Charged it up to 89% battery and after 13 days of use around the clock I now have 47% battery left so it should last about one month which I had not expected.
