Lots of Hype, Little Substance

While it's far from being a 5 star game in my opinion, it has a couple of new features to make it interesting and worth playing. The stacking system to increase your overall stats is one, and the imprism feature to allow you to capture monsters and make them your allies is another.

An unexpected gem

With wonderful art, charming writing and phenomenal sound & music, World of Final Fantasy feels very much like the ‘Pokemon’ adventure consoles have lacked for so long. A highlight is the options and features which let the player control the pacing – meaning the game can remain an engaging experience for just about anyone. I really hope the developers are rewarded for their consideration, as this was easily the most fun I've had with a title this year.

Million times better than the Demo!

The demo put me off wanting to get this game, but after watching some Twitch streams, I was sold. So many Final Fantasy in-jokes and nods to the history, a really deep core RPG system full of customization underneath the ‘cutesy’ appearance, fantastic soundtrack… Must have for any fans of Final Fantasy or Kingdom Hearts. World of Final Fantasy Review

Chibi and cheerful?

Stacking system is a decent idea; More personality than recent FF games

Some terrible obfuscation; Plodding battle pace

World of Final Fantasy : I love Final Fantasy . well, I mean I think I it. Final Fantasy VII is still, by a long shot, the best game that I have ever played. I have played every spin-off from Final Fantasy VII as I was hooked on the series.

World of Final Fantasy Review: Charming Love Letter

Neatly tucked in under the adorable Pop Figurine-inspired characters, and the blissful lands of World of Final Fantasy, is a true JRPG. Organizing my collection of Mirages that I have caught, cute little Pokemon-like monsters I collected to use in battle against other enemy Mirages.

World of Final Fantasy Review

The Final Fantasy franchise has one of the richest histories of any game series, dating back to its initial debut on the NES back in 1987. Since that time,

Final Fantasy fan service; Classic battle system; Fitting aesthetics
