Although only an opinion, I believe Wii Sports Club is an attempt by Nintendo to rake in a few extra holiday dollars at a minimal production cost. The Wii Sports franchise still has appeal to the casual gamer, but I don't feel the online features will entice many of them to purchase Wii Sports Club...

With just over 80 million units of software sold, Wii Sports and its premise of motion gaming was synonymous with the original Wii's success in 2006 and beyond. In 2009, Nintendo released the sequel, Wii Sports Resort , which went on to sell over 31 million copies.

At the end of the day Wii Sports Clubs offers all Wii U owners the same brilliant motion-based gameplay experience - albeit two fifths of (for now) - that got the whole planet addicted back in 2006; but with a noticeable HD makeover and online multiplayer.

Wii Sports Club improves on the classic Wii game in nearly every way, proving that the concept isn't just a gimmick.

Its status as a pack-in with the original Wii was responsible for getting the console into millions of homes (and breaking a few TVs), but it also signaled a significant change in player demographics that had been a long time...

While this sports collection might feel like deja vu for some -- it's the same five games as in the original collection from 2006, after all -- the five re-imagined sports games for Wii U offer plenty of fun for the whole family.

Although it's cheaper to buy some where else, I decided to wait til price drop to get it. The only reason I wanted it was for the Wii Bowling. I thought I read some where that they improved the graphics from the Wii version, all I can say is... I don't see it. Looks the same.

I've played all of these games before, if you've owned an original Wii, you've played these before also. The only difference is that there is online capabilities. You join a "club" and then random posts pop up while you play.

Easy to use and includes all age and ability levels for family fun---either right at home or across the miles. Love it!

I enjoy it, its fun for my family and its fun to be able to play this game with friends. If you like this kind of game then definitely check this one out.
