Purchased a month ago now, freezer design makes it easy to access the food quickly. Quiet running, from start up to freeze was only a few hours. Great mid size stand up freezer!

This freezer has been great for us. It is just the right size , not small or huge. It does the job very reliably , good even freeze with a quick freeze function. The ice cube tray is good. Like having drawers and shelves, everything easy to clean if needed. We have had no trouble with drawers , have owned over a year. And it looks stylish and has a great seal. It is quiet and cabinet is well sealed and safe.

I bought this freezer a couple of months ago and it has driven us mad with frustration. Every time we slide out the drawers they slip of the tracks and we have to lift them up to replace them. They look to be about 8-10mm too narrow for the freezer. In every other way it is a great freezer.

Westinghouse is a simplistic old fashioned no frills quality type product, and their warranty customer support is absolutely fantastic after dealing with them personally. It's worth paying more for support like all the old fashioned reliable brands and retailers.

My previous freezer also a Westinghouse had given me 32 years fabulous service. When I needed to replace the only choice for me was definitely another Westinghouse

I purchased this so as I could get rid of my old tuckerbox freezer and a small freezer, as they were chewing up my electricity along with my old refrigerator.
