This hard disk is working properly. I am satisfied with its performance. So far, there is no bad cluster. Everything I copied to it has been done properly. So, I think I get what I want.

This hard drive was purchased to upgrade my PS3 console since I had run out of room for my games. I had no issued swapping out the drives and did not see any issues with loading all my information to this new drive. I've been running without problems for 3 weeks now. All is great so far.

I benchmarked this drive, using Crystal Disc Mark, at 88 MB/sec Sequential Read speed and 90 MB/sec Sequential Write speed with up to 4 GB file size in the mid sector of the drive. Very respectable speed for a budget drive.

I bought this hard drive because it was the largest of the budget hard drives; When I purchased it, speed was a secondary concern; Storage was my primary concern; When I pulled the old hard drive out of my laptop I discovered that it was also a Western Digital Blue hard drive from the Scropio line.

Not the fastest hard drive available in its price range; 8 MB, very low cache for a hard drive; Only 5400 RPM

Slapped it in, installed Windows 7, running great thus far...

This drive was meant to be a replacement for the C drive in my laptop which was getting close to capacity as I am a Photographer. This particular drive was one of two recommended by my computer tech.

We bought this hard drive because our hard drive crashed. We had a few problems when we first installed from our computer's recovery disk. Our OS was Windows Vista and several programs needed a signature with this hard drive. Once we installed our free Windows 7 upgrade, that problem was solved.
