Very happy with this drive, fast enough for my application along with WD stability.

Item appears to work just fine but its very noisy. It bumps and grinds away which is a little disconcerting.

Realised my 7 year old WD Green drive was failing. Decided life was too short to muck around with slow access, I needed the data restored and live ASAP. This drive fitted that bill nicely. The 5 year warranty is a bonus too. I write the receipt number and purchase date on the drive, just in case. After a few weeks, still very happy, replaced my other WD green with another one of these last week too.

Good price for solid RAID storage

I've bought a couple of these as basic data drives, so don't really need the 7,200 speed and performance, but don't mind paying extra for the 5-year warranty and assuming a higher build quality.

Perfect as an additional storage device on top of some SSD's for those things that don't need SSD speed.

As always, an outstanding drive at good price and service. Fast and reliable.
