" WET " had a lot of promise. Whilst its bewildering multiplayer got canned apparently quite late into the day, there is still, at times, a strong single player experience to be had. The story is good, and Rubi is an excellent lead character.

You have followed the guys while they play there little shoot-em-up games and being told "it's ok honey, you wont like this game much, too much shooting and killing in it, I'll get you a nice happy game to play, like Spyro".
Wet for Xbox 360 is a fun new kind of shooter in my opinion. The unique aerobatic style brings a lot of entertainment to the game. Being able to shoot while sliding across the floor, running across the wall, and basically anytime you want no matter what move you are doing I think is great.
fun game play; great new features; great sound and music
repetitive; easy ending
It was a dark, scary night… you know the kind. Most of the lights are off in the house. Somewhere outside, a noisy owl is hooting. Trees close by are shaking in the wind and scratching at the windows.
I very like the hack and slash, grindhouse style camera, characters and slow motion shooting but the biggest issues with the game is quick time events (because it's lazy and not creative), awkward wallrun, and not very good boss fights or I not even sure to called it a boss fight but I would love to...
WET is certainly all about style over substance, but the rather short main story will not keep you occupied for too long. The presentation and music is spot on, but aside from a few achievements and challenge modes, there will be very little reason for most players to come back after one...
Perhaps unfortunately for this game, I have just finished Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands (gaining every Achievement) which, on the surface is a similar game to WET. However, PoP has charisma and a sense of occasion - both of which are important for video games.
its got it flaws but overall its a pretty cool game its alot like the films kill bill
Why is it that all game writers and developers suddenly lose any shred of creativity the moment they have to pen a female character? They always seem to resort time and again to the ‘bad-ass chick who takes no shit from anyone'.
It takes a special kind of badass to wield a dart gun, three firearms, and a Ginzu-sharp katana…while plummeting through the air - parachute-less - from a destroyed jetliner. Wildly implausible? Yes.
+ Moves and controls like butter, despite slo-mo–happy combat, + Lots of cool, Pulp Fiction–esque style; great soundtrack
? Is that sword a carry-on or a check-in
