Verbatim's Store 'N' Go line of USB drives has grown a little bit larger and more than a little bit faster with the Store 'N' Go V3, a 16GB drive that gets a speed bump, thanks to USB 3.0.
USB 3.0 offers faster speeds than USB 2.0; Low price per GB; Optional password protection.
Performance easily outpaced by other USB 3.0 drives.
Works just as advertised. Great buy to store my Windows 10 installation files for my Surface 3 Tablet on since the tablet does not have a DVD drive.
First, the USB plug is retractable but it pushes back into the body when you try to plug it in, making it a royal pain to plug in. Second, it is not 64GB, and I'm not talking about confusing GiB with GB. This drive's capacity is 61,916,311,552 bytes - over 2GB short of its advertised size.
Works as it should. No problems at all!
Plug it into a USB3 port and wait at least 10+ seconds for this drive to be recognized. Its the same for both my MAC and laptop. This is so much slower than any other flash drive (even USB 2) that I own. Most other drives are recognized within 2-3 seconds.
This was the most bad delivery I have ever experienced. They delivered the item after 9 days. i tracked the parcel online and found that the item reached my city on 6th day, still they deliver it to me 9th day.
Great USB. Easy to handle and very fast.
USB 3.0 pendrive at a decent price. Read Speed -> 68 MBPS Write Speed -> 10.5 MBPS The good thing about this is Read speed is 30 MBPS even when connected to USB 2.0 , write speed speed remain same 10.5 MBPS.
Easy To Set Up; Easy To Use; Fast; High Capacity; Portable; Reliable
A little research goes a long way regarding these drives. This one didn't list it's speed, but Verbatim is a very trustworthy brand which is why I chose it over the competition. To unlock the full capacity go to MyComputer>Right Click Flash Drive>Format>Select "File System" to NTSF and other options...
Let me say after owning about a dozen different USB Flash Drives this one is by far the best build quality I've used; It is hard, it feels like it could take a beating, and the slide out USB tip actually clicks firmly in place.
No instructions regarding Fat32/NTSF format options; Basically this card can come up as 4gigabytes without formatting it to NTSF which unlocks it's 59.7 gigabyte capacity; All flash drives advertise a bit bigger then their actual size so losing space should always be expected
