This is the first quality tripod I've purchased. So far, it works as advertised. I'm using a Canon EOS Rebel T1i w/ this tripod and it holds the camera with zoom lens securely. Can be converted to macro photography easily, and Vertical and horizontal positioning is relatively smooth.

This is really a best tripod. Pros: - Good anti shock ring on center column - Three-section legs with quick-release tabs is really awesome. - Well-designed 3-way alloy pan head - The rotation is smooth.

Been using the tripod for a couple of months. Really solidly built to last. Locks and legs are well made, nothing flimsy about it as it is rock solid. You can trust that it won't topple over in wind or uneven terrain. Head is easy to use and supports my heavy camera.

Weight, weighs a little more then a standard tri-pod, but with weight you get better stability as well. Have used this tripod for both video and photo applications with out any issues.

Everything to do with it..; There are 2 bubble level's on the panhead that allows you to get the mount perfectly level no matter what you have it set up on

I bought this product because it had all the features I wanted at an affordable price.I love it. I am a Realtor serious about my photos and I needed to speed up my shoot time. With this tripod, the adjustments are quick and easy and the multiple bubbles really make leveling a snap.

I use the tripod for taking photographs of woodwork, both demonstrations and details. This tripod creates a rock steady platform to reduce vibration. It takes a little getting used to the adjusting levers - and that nothing moves when it is locked down!
