The Transcend JetFlash 760 is a USB 3.0 flash drive that comes in capacities ranging from 4GB ($30) through to 32GB ($110). It's mostly undistinguished in looks – a plain black body with a slide-out USB plug that slides neatly inside the chassis for storage and eliminates the lost-lid dilemma so...

USB2.0 write speed

Write speed is not any faster compared to USB2.0, thus the USB3.0 branding is a bit disappointing. Only use this for small files. Trying to transfer gigabytes of data will make you wait.

USB 3.0 really Too slow

Great space, just dog slow.

Slim

This thing is slow as heck; Copied over 2.05GB and took over 20 minutes; I think it is operating at USB 1 speed; I have it plugged into a brand new

This is probably the slowest USB 3.0 thumb drive that I have, but for the price that doesn't matter to me.

Transcend Jetflash 760 and 810 32GB

With technology growing, the size of storage has grown too. We constantly need more space for moving larger files from one system to another, but we don't always have network accessibility.

Durable design; Variety of sizes; quick Read and Write speeds

Jetflash 760 slider lock is a tad loose

Reliable and Quick

I purchased this Flash Drive as I was looking for a device that could hold more data and figured I should step up to the increased transfer rates offered by USB 3.0. The construction of the device seems solid and I like that it has a retractable connection, as there is no cap to loose.

Not Worth it

Can be used as data backup because it has lots of space.
However, the unit seems to take forever to load data. Worst of all, there is no progress indicator to show how much data has been saved and what is left to be recorded.
Would not recommend this unit.

Lots of space

Poor Interface; Slow Connection
