Unlike many cards that claim this but you get that, this card does what it says on the package - up to 20MB/s. When I tested in my desk top usb2 reader thru CrystalDiskmark at 50 MB setting it was just over 20MB/s reading and a touch under 20MB/s writing.
five star excellent you won't regret buying it what a good idea it works absolutely perfect It works very well. use this everyday, love it. I definitely recommend this item.
16gb byte) storage, no corruption problems but. 16MB/s read speed. This device does not execute at the claimed 10MB/s compose speed. Even with bulk, linear transfers, write speed caps at about two.5-3MB/s, which is slower then my previous older, smaller sized, lower (class 6) rated...
I thought the writes speed would not be fast enough to record a movie but it seem to handle the HD movie I recorded without stoping. For still shots, I have not come acrose any corupt files yet. So far so good.
Incredible speed if used in professional cameras (as of Aug 20th, 2011). Excellent size to prevent loosing thousands of pics at once .
Got it spanking new, unpacked and inserted into my camera and started shooting straight away. Pretty neat, no formating was reqd. And I'm happy with its read write speed.
I got this memory card from Cameta Camera as part of a kit with an EOS Rebel T3i camera. The card works fine for photos, but is not fast enough to store video when shooting with the Rebel T3i.
Large Capacity
Capability Issues; Writes/reads slow
I just have a ton of these lying around the house because I find them so inexpensive and useful. I tend to use these more in point in shoot cameras or anything that I would shoot JPEG on.
WiFi is included on some cameras these days, but it's still the exception to the rule. That's surprising, as the usefulness definitely outweighs the relatively low cost of adding the feature. Transcend has come up with a solution in the shape of the Wi-Fi SD Card, and we tried it out.
