You will not get the "Data Transfer Rate 3,938 MB" per second currently posted on the Amazon product page. You will not even get close the 2100/1100 Max Read/Write "may vary" transfer rate that is currently in the Transcend data sheets.

Great value for money. The ssd is very quick and one of the best I've used. Quality is very good and the included bracket is very handy. Would highly recommend if your looking for a performance upgrade but don't need tons of space.

Hi everyone, I had planned this activity well in advance thanks to Internet (YouTube, and some websites), my personal knowledge and some handy tools that the installation was a success. I use a MacBook Pro late 2011 which supports this hard disk without any additional connectors.

It's been ten years since last testing any Transcend products, back in the days of DDR2 memory and 1GB flash drives . However, that changed when recently picking up a Transcend SSD370 256GB solid-state drive.

We got the first glimpse of Transcend's SSD370 at Computex last year and now the drive has been in retail for quite some time. The interesting bit about the drive is its custom Transcend firmware, which is accompanied by a relabeled Silicon Motion SM2246EN controller (Transcend calls it TS6500).

Was easy to install, I like it but I should had bought the 256Gb but that's only me :) I recommend none the less
