While I've never been a big fan of the Witcher series CD Projekt Red's critically acclaimed action RPG, The Wither 3: Wild Hunt , promised to change all that despite some niggling flaws.

Marking the final installment in the action RPG trilogy, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt combines decision-based storytelling flair with a living open world larger than any other in modern RPG history.

Though the straightforward and fetch-quest-heavy main story overstays its welcome, the option of joyfully adventuring through a rich, expansive open world was always there for me when I'd start to burn out.
