While The Sims 4 is a good first effort that will entertain goal-chasers and fan creators, it lacks much of the variety and humor that defines The Sims.

In the end, The Sims 4 achieves a technologically impressive yet still somewhat unconvincing approximation of how people communicate and interact with one another, like Schwarzenegger's T-800 learning about feeling.

Back in 2009, players were graced with the wonderful presence that is The Sims 3, and then all of the expansions and stuff packs that normally come with a typical Sims generation. There was an open world, tons and tons of customization, and realism-focused graphics.

The original Sims 4 had a lukewarm reception . It was missing features and elements that Sim fans expected to be in a Sims game. Makes running a restaurant fun; Building mode is simple and pleasurable; Incorporates other packs well

Its content is single-purpose; Not enough new items; A niche pack that will not appeal to everyone

I love waiting to buy these packs – better value for money and I enjoying having the "box" rather than just the digital code. Sims forever :)
