High Quality Standard Zoom Lens
This is a sharp, small and lightweight high quality zoom lens that does well in low light situations. It gives better control of ghosting and the focus speed is good. I have been extremely satisfied with its performance.

Great lens for this price
I was pretty happy with this lens. For $500 it is just super duper great quality of pictures, especially sharp... Highly recommend everyone, worth each cent.

I did a large number of tests, running these lenses through all apertures at 28mm, 50mm and 75mm, shooting several types of test target as well as "real world images" and evaluating images for sharpness, contrast, flare, distortion and chromatic aberration.

Ett väldigt bra och prisvärt objektiv!
Köpte detta objektiv till min Canon eos 350D och efter att ha testat objektivet i nästan en månad är jag positivt överraskad. Objektivet är bättre än vad jag trodde och detta är nu mitt standardobjektiv.
Pros:
- - Bra färgåtergivning
- - Bra ljusstyrka och kontrast
- - Knivskarp på alla bländare och brännvidder
- - Lagom trög zoom-ring och fokuserings-ring
- - Gedigen mot kameran
- - AF oftast väldigt snabb
Cons:
- - Objektivet är ganska tungt men ändå inte otympligt
- - Långsammare AF vid mörkare förhållanden

Brilliant lens. Lives up to everything it claims. As good as the Canon original but at 1/3 the price.

Tamron's 28-75mm is a keeper
Great for just walk arround photography. I use it primarily for portrait and green screen photo's. It works on both DX and FX camera's. So should be no problem with a D7000. An overall excellent lens.
