Good Value
Have had this lens about a month and overall I'm quite satisfied. Images are sharp as a tack through all zoom ranges (may drop off slightly at max but not objectionable). Image stabilization is excellent and is better than I expected. Overall operation is smooth and quiet.
Pros:
- Consistent Output
- Easily Interchangeable
- Fast / accurate auto-focus
Cons:
- Heavy

Excellent Product, Excellent delivery but not gud packaging.
This is an excellent Lens in comparison of Nikon 70-300 VR at a great price. I had tried both Nikon and Tamron before purchase and the AF of Tamron is better than Nikon. Also Tamron is better built than Nikon and it's 5K deare than Nikon.

Excellent lens. Great price
I bought this tamron lensf or my new camera, mainly to be able to get action photos, since my daughter is doing all kinds of sports. It is working nicely with the camera and the clarity is excellent, for an amateur photographer.

Great lens, Great seller
Amazing lens for the price. The VC is amazing and allows me to get crisp pictures every time. I had the non VC version and had plenty of blur, now I get sharp photos. Amazing for hand holding too.
Pros:
- Consistent Output
- Durable
- Fast / accurate auto-focus
- Nice Bokeh
- Rugged
- Strong Construction
Cons:
- NONE

The lens handles very well, the only thing that lets it down is the CA, esp at telephoto, need to stop down to f8 to reduce it. Despite the CA still prefer it over the Canon version just due to build quality and handling, have owned both.
Pros:
- Quiet fast AF FTM Excellent stabiliser Sharp up to 300
Cons:
- Chromatic Abberation especially wide open Struggles to focus accurately in low light

Ripped me off.
Now the lens has jacked up my Canon body and Tamron refuses to work on it because it is "gray market." These people are liars and thieves. There is no warranty.
