Just £42 for a superfast modem? Seems fishy. That's the price you'd pay for a standard Wireless G router, not a dual-band Wireless N model.

Nice 802.11n 300Mbps Wireless Router!
This unit is a nice 802.11n (draft 2.0) wireless router with a great feature set for the price range. Nice, easy to use admin console. It allows for firmware upgrades and has plenty of memory and support for DD-WRT, although I have found no flaws with the latest stock firmware.

You might expect a low cost router to sacrifice features to hit its budget. But there's little on the TP-Link TL-WR1043ND's specifications sheet to give this cable router's low-cost origins away.
