TP-Link TL-WDR3600 router review
It's well priced: the similar WDR4300 (a so-called N750 router for its ability to achieve 450Mbps on 5GHz) is identical except that it costs £20 more and has three, rather than two detachable antennae.

TP-Link TL-WDR3600 review
TP-Link is known for providing a lot of bang for your buck. The WDR3600 is a dual-band 802.11n router which is (theoretically) capable of 300Mbps on 2.4GHz and the same on 5GHz. For this reason it's known as an N600 router. Read more wireless router reviews .

TP-Link is known for providing a lot of bang for your buck, and it was definitely true for the TL-WR2543ND. When we reviewed this 450Mbps router earlier this year it earned the Bronze Award.

I have tried a few brand name routers over the years and had mixed results. So I was a little skeptical to TP-Link since I have never heard of the brand before. The price was right and the features looked really good so I decided to try.

stuff nobody tells you
The old addage "you get what you pay for" has never been more true then as it applies to wireless routers. All cheap wireless routers (like this one) are cheap for a reason. Specifically a lack of memory and processing power.
