I bought this to replace my linksys 8 port LGS308. With the LGS308 I had no problem setting up LAG (link aggregation) with my QNAP NAS but with this TP-Link switch I lose connectivity intermittently. Not sure what is going on so I turned off LAG.

Excellent Value

I simply plugged this baby into my router and then wired all my gigabit devices into it. I now regularly get over 30MB/s through my LAN which really helps stream HD content in my house.

Great price; excellent performance and 24-ports so you can never run out

I spent a lot of time searching to find out that this switch supports 10K Jumbo Frames; I dont know why TP-Link would not advertise this fact because it should be a strength

Best bang for your buck!

Works 24 / 7. No problems whatsoever! Very fast too! Would have likes some more info, even with a non-managed switch though. For the price, an amazing product.

Easy purchase

Looking for the right switch for my company was easy to do with the way Staples has their website set up. I was also able to call a few stores about inventory, because I wanted the switch that day. Unfortunately, they didn't have any in stock, so I ordered it through the website.

Hard to beat for the price

I have a home with kids, a wife and a bunch of devices that need to connect. Was using 2 eight port switches and a couple 4 port. It worked but was mess. Putting it all thru a single switch works great. Should have done it along time ago.

Nothing but trouble

I am really lost about what could be killing such a seemingly nice piece of hardware. Any settings I should try changing

Fanless (quiet); smart

Anything plugged into it takes a long time to recognize any sort of network; Wireless APs are next to unusable; I've been suffering from wireless issues for half a year before I was able to narrow them down to the switches (I also have a 16-port version of this that I bought at the same time...

Bargain Gigabit Switch

We've had this switch for about a week of use, now, and it is doing great. I have no complaints. The build quality is excellent and the network speed is great. Overall, this is a great buy!

Desktop (unmanaged) switch for home

Product has performed well, casing is metal with metal mounting brackets. Rerouted some of my network cables to meet up with the rest of my network and plugged them into the switch, powered up unit - works great.

Works as expected

The speed looks good (only have connected 7 PC and a few devices on a separate VLAN).

Great Investment and meets all my usually high expectations.

Great switch, light on documentation but UI is easy enough. Love it. Got it on great sale price but I think its great buy even at regular price. Equivalent switches are substantially more expensive for no added benefit.
