TP-LINK AC1900 Dual Band High Power Wireless Gigabit Router - Black (Archer C1900)

This router provides great service all over my 3 bedroom townhouse, both upstairs and downstairs. I didn't want to worry about range extenders or powerline adapters, so I was looking for a one and done, so to speak. This product delivered.

Love it!

This replaced an outdated Netgear router that was starting to give me trouble. My connection was really slow and my service would drop frequently. Because of the latter I thought it was my ISP. That is until the 5G dropped, but the 2.4G was still active. Enter the C1900.

I've always brought TP-LINK and upgraded as products got bigger and better, Got a AC 2600 from big box store (big sale) had nothing but troubles(reboot, reboot, reboot) finally got this AC1900 because customers recommended it highly, and it is smooth as silk, get one of these you'll be happy.

Bought this to replace my old Asus RT-N53 router. The improvement is very noticeable : much less ping, mobile devices have a way more stable connection, and it provides AC wifi on the 5 GHz band.

Incredibly stable; Very fast; Large range; Not too expensive

Can't seem to get the 5 GHz working with some AC devices (my Asus Zenfone 2 in particular

Excellent value!

Very easy setup; Called for service and a tech picked up immediately upon calling and quickly solved the problem; Turned out to be my wrong input! Duh! About 50% better range than the Asus N56U it replaced

Didn't Work Well Enough

Installation was easy. I replaced the old wireless router and configured with a laptop. I placed the router in the living room and tested the speed in the master bedroom. The distance between my phone and the router was likely 20 feet with the floor/ceiling/wall/dresser separating the two.

very nice

I have had it a week now, bought this on recommendation from one of B&H tech sales guy. I had a old N router in my hangar, 50' from house. had to use a range extender in house for Netflix etc. not anymore. 5 bars sweet. but time will tell. had to call to get assistance to set up.
