I really wanted to like this watch. There are many features that I was looking forward to using, but it is going to go back because I'm unwilling to compromise on my safety & privacy. When I went to log into Suunto's Movecount web site, I noticed it was not encrypted.

Had a Suunto for over 15 years - used it on hikes, skiing, etc. This one has surpassed by far the earlier model. Pairs in seconds with the iPhone. Uses GPS for altitude and location. Barometric readings daily. Keep track of hikes, walks, etc., Looking forward to the ski season!

I owned this watch for two days before I upgraded to a Garmin Fenix 3 HR Sapphire. So I just wanted to share my experience if anyone is thinking of buying this. This watch is simply beautiful and appears and feels very well made.

Smartwatches are great, when you can charge them at the end of the day. If you want to track something more intensive than your afternoon walk around the local park, then you'll need a more hardcore device.

Hate the band love the watch. Would prfer different band option like silicone or metal this is just a flimsy strap
