It is the most basic of slow cookers with low and high options; There are just better options for slow cookers out there but they cost more; You get what you pay for

Very easy to turn on and leave to simmer for a few hours without having to check for water shortage or similar, so easy and convenient and good for winter stews etc., turn on and forget until ready to eat, the keep warm feature is excellent too.

Wow this device is great stress free of having to prepare a meal being rushed with this you simply throw everything in and the jobs done. Then you arrive home to a nice scented smell and the food can be broken with the side of your fork its that tender from the slow cooking process.

Happy with the ease of use and how sizeable it is but didn't realise there was only a light for the "keep warm" option but not for the actual cooking. Took me a good few minutes to realise and that's only because I finally felt it getting hot!

No complaints.

We prepared out first meal in this slow cooker, turned it on and within a minutes smoke started coming out from the controls.

Only issue to be aware of is how hot the outside unit gets, it is easy to use and clean though. Finding it very easy to use.
