Disappointing sequel...

I picked this game up because it was cheap, but I'm not sure it was worth 1/3 of the original retail price to be honest. I was able to beat in just a couple of hours. The concept was decent, but it felt like a hurried and incomplete product. It could have been so much more.

- Good graphics; effects; and soundtrack - Decent story premise

- Far too short - Very repetitive - Although the premise was decent; the overall story was not complex or well-executed in my opinion - Voice acting did not seem quite right; rather forced and like it was recorded in a poor audio studio - Pointless tie-in with Yoda on Dagobah - Controls/moves were a...

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II PS3, 360 Review

The Force Unleashed 2 is not a good game. That may be a very direct and straightforward statement, but it is true nonetheless. It may have the looks and core gameplay to be interesting in the shortest of short bursts, but other than that it is vacuous of anything to hold attention or entertain.

Disappointment on so many levels

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 By Justin R So have you ever wondered what life would be like if you were a Jedi and could wield that mystical power known as the Force? I know I have, as well as many others who have gone around waving their hands about pretending they are levitating a beer to their...

Improved Graphics; Powerful Force attacks; level up system

Voice acting ranges from whisper to yelling for no reason; terribly short story; repetitive

Poor... Not as good as the First

So many flaws to this from the original, with poor animation in parts, poor voice acting in most cut scenes and didnt live up to the hype which surrounded it. The only major difference from the first game is that you get two lightsabers which isnt that interesting to be fair.

There's no denying the hype or anticipation surrounding the release of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II. After the bastardised lovechild of Lucas and the Devil reared its ugly head and manifested in the bile known as the Star Wars prequels, it was hard to keep the faith.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II

With lightsabers in both hands, Kevin VanOrd uses the dark side of the Force for this video review.

Great cutscenes and voice acting give the story poignancy; Rich art design makes certain environments stand out; Dual sabers and Force powers can make for fun combat

Lacks enemy and environmental variety; Inconsistent level of difficulty; The final boss fight is too long and too easy

The game is far too short (3 hours) and there are not really enough improvements over the original to make it worth your while. Even the story is very weak and quite underwhelming.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II video game review

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II contains some flashes of brilliance, but ultimately squanders the franchise's fantastic potential, writes Tom Hoggins.

game was certainly not without its problems, but one of its standout features was a genuinely unique and interesting take on the familiar

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 (Xbox 360)

I must admit that after playing Force Unleashed 1, I was really looking forward to playing the sequel. It picks up from where the 1st one ended, and a clone of Darth Vader's apprentice apparently suffers nightmares that show him on other worlds and battling for survival.
