The Force Unleashed 2 is not a good game. That may be a very direct and straightforward statement, but it is true nonetheless. It may have the looks and core gameplay to be interesting in the shortest of short bursts, but other than that it is vacuous of anything to hold attention or entertain.

The Star Wars franchise is easily one of the biggest merchandising machines ever invented. Countless books have followed its success, and for every character that has appeared on screen, Hasbro have turned around and made a toy.

Tremendous fun - builds on the spectacular first installment - bigtime! Graphics have been cranked up a notch, with photo real stormtroopers spotted in some cut scenes, and the action is fast & furious - love the grapple moves & the jedi mind trick is wonderful!

The Star Wars Saga continues with the beautifully crafted Star Wars: The Force Unleased II. The game sees players assume the role of Darth Vaders, now fugitive apprentice Starkiller who is on a journey to discover his own identity and reunite with his one true love, Juno Eclipse.

Usually it's the defence used for an RPG, but it can also be applied to LucasArts' follow-up to the adventures of Starkiller.

Sometimes, you get what you pay for. The first premium downloadable content for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II, the Endor Bonus Mission, will set you back 80 Microsoft points ($1), which seems about right for this short bit of Force-flinging bluster.

I must admit that after playing Force Unleashed 1, I was really looking forward to playing the sequel. It picks up from where the 1st one ended, and a clone of Darth Vader's apprentice apparently suffers nightmares that show him on other worlds and battling for survival.

So many flaws to this from the original, with poor animation in parts, poor voice acting in most cut scenes and didnt live up to the hype which surrounded it. The only major difference from the first game is that you get two lightsabers which isnt that interesting to be fair.

I picked this game up because it was cheap, but I'm not sure it was worth 1/3 of the original retail price to be honest. I was able to beat in just a couple of hours. The concept was decent, but it felt like a hurried and incomplete product. It could have been so much more.
