A beautiful recreation of Star Wars, and a solid if simple shooter. This is a game you'll love intensely albeit for a short space of time.

Star Wars: Battlefront is really fun. I tried to view it through a number of different lenses. As a Battlefield game in the Star Wars universe, is it any good? Does it measure up to the scope and scale of the original Battlefront games? Is it faithful to the films? Does it FEEL like Star Wars?

Nostalgia is a powerful tool. It signifies an emotional attachment to something, and that's valuable in its own right. Games like Shovel Knight or Pillars of Eternity wouldn't have happened if some didn't hold a longing for the Good Ol' Days.

It's not so much that Battlefront lacks content, so much as it does a cohesion of content. How much mileage you'll get out of the game depends on the manner in which you play online multiplayer. If you stick to one mode, that mode may grow drab relatively quickly.

This has the be the best game ever, snow speeders, AT-ST, X-Wings... to name a few things you can use. This game is amazing been on it 4 days non-stop now. :)

When it comes to Sci-Fi there is one franchise that sticks out more than any other. The fandom that surrounds it bears so much weight that it takes great responsibility to make sure that it shines. Even the creator himself had to move a mountain to appease his loyal fans, and failed in doing so.

Star Wars Battlefront is the strongest game in the series to date. It makes any battle scenario you've imagined come to life and there's plenty more on the way via DLC. DICE and Star Wars make the perfect combination in creating what fans have dreamt for years.
