There's something that leaves me cold about Soulcalibur V and I'm having a hard time putting my finger on it. Part of it is, of course, that they overhauled the roster and ditched my two main characters.

soulcalibur game is not an easy game.to adapt the game mechanic you will need to play at least six months without playing any other games you have to be patient NO CONS FOR ME the graphics is well polished compared to the previous soulcalibur and may be this is the best graphic in fighting games...

This game is a huge disappointment. Save your money read this review to know why you won't be happy if you buy this game. Story mode: It took me about an hour to complete story mode. You'll note that the story mode only involves a handful of characters.
After a great SCIV This Fifth volume is short, not fun , hard to control ( you can't invite friends home and make some combats because this game require advanced knowledge to be played, how sad..).
It has been a while since we've had a chance to tell a tale of souls and swords, in fact it has been four years since SoulCalibur IV entered the scene in 2008, and that title really failed to deliver the SoulCalibur spectacle.
One of the best fighting games on the PS3. It has inspired people the world over to challenge Gold ShaD in fact. I checked gold shad and I think I'm better then him. I have to fight him to know but from he video you showed I'd think I'd eat him because I know how to get out of 2K stuff when it hits...
Enhanced character creation..... Can use Jin(from tekken) fighting style with your character. Can have the AI fight eachother like from SC3. But the flaws are alot of the characters from the other Soul Calibur were taken out and some replaced. Crap of a story mode. Not enough game modes.
My tastes tend to run toward the more "realistic" fighting games, meaning I don't like fireballs and stretchy limbs in my fighter. Needless to say, I've liked the Soul Caliber games since I first played Soul Edge in the arcades as fun little weapon-brawler.
If you are a long time fan of the series you will likely reach the conclusion that it is an improvement over SC4 but not quite as good as SC3. There are nowhere near as many new characters as they promised, but that is far from a bad thing.
