The Xperia P marks the middle range from Sony's NXT range of devices. It brings a good balance between power and style and is placed between the higher end Xperia S and the youth-centric U which we reviewed recently.

The Xperia P is an attractive phone. The sleek front, the transparent edge and the aluminium back side give it a very classy look. The large number of buttons and connectors on the side detract a little bit from this.

Xperia P is the latest launch of Sony and is the latest buzz in the market. Designed in a bar shaped body with a big 4 inch LED backlit touchcreen the phone looks quite elegant. Apart from this the capacitive touchscreen is very responsive as well as senses fast the touch of your fingers.
