Sony Xperia Ion: First Sony 4G LTE Mobile – Wow
With careful pricing and an eventual international release, Sony could stand to make a mint off the Sony Xperia Ion: It is one heck of a mobile phone!

Sony Xperia Ion is one of the best smartphones in terms of build and design. The phone performs moderately well in terms of processing capabilities. The camera and battery life are the 2 advantages of this phone over other android smartphones.

SmartDock is a Smart Choice
The SmartDock easily convinced me to opt for the Sony Xperia Ion. I have been following development of the phone and this product when it was first announced earlier this year. It most definitely delivers.
Pros:
- Simple and Stylish Fully Functional
Cons:
- Only Available in Select Retailers

It is difficult to fault the Xperia Ion in terms of its build quality or looks and there are no glaring omissions in the phone. What is missing is an extra layer of polish in the software which would have helped evade the fairly common lockups and forced closes.

Sony Xperia Ion Review
The Sony Xperia Ion's persona makes you a fan instantly, and has no visible flaws as a phone. It has good looks and stable performance, while presenting you with excellent call clarity and fairly good battery life. However, things start to go wrong the moment the price tag comes into consideration.
Pros:
- Very well built
- Excellent call quality
- 720p display is very crisp
- Very pocket able despite bigger display
- Classy and understated design elements
- Camera quality brilliant in good lighting
- Good battery life
- Android ICS out of the box
Cons:
- Dual core processor fighting the quad cores
- Brings us to the point of the perplexing price tag
- Display doesn't have colour punch of an AMOLED

How does this smartphone stack up against the One X and Galaxy S III? The Ion's late arrival hasn't helped its case. The One X and the Galaxy S III have been in the market for a while now, and marketing and advertising blitzkriegs by their proprietors has ensured that they have been etched as...

Nice features
The various Google services preloaded on this phone are superb. They are useful in so many different things. And, the best part u r never stuck. The cameras have a good MP, they give a good clarity and details. Colors r nice. Zoom gives it all the details. No problems with the battery either.
