This product does not do what I expected it to do. I thought I was buying a SMART TV so that I could get the KO app for sport. This TV does not allo that to happen despite the fact that it is a SMART TV. There is no mention of that anywhere online .I wanted to return it but wqas told that you do not accept goods that have been opened and used. How can I know what it is going to do if I dont open and use it. I am very angry about this attitude from you ,and will NEVER buy anyhting for you again, and will make sure all my associates know of my experience.. I am 71 years old and I DONT go into shopping centres . I buy on line to avoid COVID issues .

Really loving this TV. Menu is really intuitive and easy to use, nice to look at. Screen is perfect (had to make a few adjustments, turn Motion Smoothing off for example) and am amazed that even with full sun on the screen from the window there is no glare. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that Disney Plus is not available on this TV, really quite annoying. But all my other favourites are (Netflix, Stan, SBS, ABC, Foxtel etc) so it's not a deal breaker. Happy with my purchase. Also love the sleek look and legs which hide the cords.

Today will be exactly one month from my purchase on 18jul2019. I was quite happy with the Netflix, Youtube etc, but today when I ON the TV as usual with my remote control(main input is always ON, on/off control via remote control) there was only blackness on the tv screen, no sound no picture. Even if i switch the input source to Digital TV, HDMI, Netflix, etc, it's the same blackout screen other than the input source wordings indicating my source selection. OFF and ON again using remote control is the same black screen. Only when i OFF and ON the main power source, then the TV restored. Should i be happy that i don't need to call Sony service man. And keep worrying that such a fault may occur again...sad

Great TV the sound is a little low but everything else is great.

I bought this a few weeks ago and did click & collect. It was a smooth and very efficient process. Installation was quite simple but forgot there is no TV cable - clearly, don't watch TV very often...
