Was looking for speaker which didn't take lot of space and unobstrutive, Playbase sits under tv looks great,easy set up out of box,great sound with movies, and easy connect Spotify etc,bought when on offer ￡550 at this price good buy,would not have bought at full price,

Brought this to add to my ever growing system. The sound is crystal clear and the built in S port sub is something else. All round fantastic sound and bass 1000% would recommend. Paired with two play 3's as surround sound and adding Sub soon.

Form factor Even though it's wide enough to sit underneath a TV, the Playbase is still sleek and stylish; Most TVs fit on it, though those with the "claw feet" may have some trouble, Sound A truly beautiful thing, the sound quality is absolutely superb; The bass is especially spectacular.

Setup This process was more painful than I would have liked; The WiFi setup continually failed when I initially received my review unit and I was forced to use an ethernet connection.
