SHARP!!
a great alrounder lens takes you from wide to highish zoom, covers a lot of situations from landscape to wildlife,but a bit heavy,but solid with excellent sharpness,very satisfied.

Sigma 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 II DC OS HSM Lens
The result was awesome and unbelievable image quality. I couldn?t even find a noise/spot even zoom the picture in to maximum level. I took another from my personal experience, I could say this is the best, sharper, faster.

great lens!
I bought this lens for my Pentax K-5. The zoom range is excellent for anything from wide angle landscape to portraits. I've only been using it for a short time, but so far the results have met my expectations (having read great reviews).

Best buy for all-in-one lens
Pros:
- versatile zoom for travel and street photography
- wide angle fairly good quality
Cons:
- Not very sharp at the tele end, overall no good contrast and details
- not suitable for landscape

Possibly best general purpose lens around for Pentax.
I am using this lens with a K3 body. The K3 sensor out-resolves the lens but that is going to happen with a zoom anyway. The combination is a substantial piece of kit but well balanced; the K3 body is heavy for an APS design.

I just used this lens for a senior session, and loved the clarity and color of my images. Looking forward to spending more time using it and producing more high quality images!

Fabulous Buy
Bought this lens after I realized that most of my photography falls within this focal length. This has been very handy to have and the f 2.8 doesn't hurt a bit either. Images are sharp, clear, vibrant. Auto focus is fast enough and accurate.

Doesn't always focus accurately or quickly. Heavy. Good quality pictures. Good price for the quality level. Fast at F2.8. Has anti shake built in, but not sure you need it with Pentax in camera anti shake system.
