"Well Built but needs some tweaks"

Where to start... The game is incredibly well made and the graphics are superb. They really do take advantage of the Xbox One's superior internal specs. The AI controls in the game are very realistic and you really do feel as though you are playing against another person online.

Very Good Graphics; Good AI controls; Lots to do

Lots to remember; Fairly Complex

Assassin Creedish with LOTR backdrop.

Love this game...spent about 40 hours of the first 48 hours or so camped on it...as with AC it can get redundant at times, but in the best possible way.

Middle Earth: Shadows of Mordor Review

Middle Earth: Shadows of Mordor seems to have arrived from out of nowhere, sure we all saw it when it was announced, thought it looked cool and then laughed when it was said to be using half of Assassin's Creed's graphical assets. Yet here it is, and with little fanfare.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Review

A fun/engaging/superb game that's the best Tolkien game so far. Shadow of Mordor is just addictive and I'm going to be playing it for a long time!

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor (Xbox One) Review

SoM received a lot of press leading up to its release. The Nemesis System and the fact that it is a stand-alone story set in the Lord of the Rings Trilogy universe garnered a lot of interests.

Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor Review

Shadow of Mordor's Nemesis system is the most interesting thing about this game, and we've likely seen the last of systems of this type. Visual fidelity, frame rates, and resolution have been the top selling points for many games that follow identical, popular formulas, lately.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor review

Despite a myriad of sources to draw from, few games have brought Tolkien's Middle-earth to life. There have been many attempts, from the ZX Spectrum text adventure The Hobbit to endless film tie-ins, but none have quite recreated the spectacle of steel sparking steel, nor the smell of blood and dirt...
