Easy set-up and excellent sound quality from Sennheiser. The microphone picks me up clearly when I'm on calls, and the 2 earpieces are comfortable to wear. Overall a very good headset for PC.

Headset delivers low microphone volume. Telephone callers frequently comment about low volume. Inadequate adjustment to position microphone. Sennheiser will not service a new unit that is purchased from Ebay.

I order the SC 260 USB and was sent the 230 headset, I was questioned about the condition of the package for return, Not happy at all,. I need a good headset to work from my computer on a softphone. I'm not happy about the delay with product nor the waffling on the return.

Great product that is nice and easy to use. The rotating/flexible ear parts make it sit quite nicely on the ears. Use it for lots of Skype calls (i'm a remote worker) and listening to music and it works perfectly. Would definitely recommend
