Has a design feature where the audio cuts out to static if the headphones don't detect a certain volume for a certain period of time – it's designed to save the battery life but it's really annoying when you're watching a film with a lot of atmos and suddenly your ears get blasted with static.
Lightweight and practical.
Ahhh-mazing ! Lightweight and practical. I can hear every single word on TV now, even if I walk throughout my home. Used it on my iPod, too. I keep forgetting to TURN OFF while charging. I don't use it loud since sounds are so pleasantly crisp and clear.
These headphones are great!
Sennheser great brand, good sound and wonderfully elegant charging system - just hang them on the stand and they're connected.
Great for family tv watching
Great for someone that is hard of hearing so they can listen at the volume that's good for them and other family members can listen at a normal volume
Great sound & range
Had a set for over 3 years and love them. Awesome sound quality. Occasionally have static n one part of the couch, but all I have to do is move slightly and it's fine: no issues at all using in a different room in house, so location of aerial and wiring in house can be an issue.

Old technology
This is a poor unit uses manual tuning which is similar to first transistor radios . Bought one took it back and bought another better up to date Dony brand
