Best Headphones

Great for watching TV while spouse is sleeping, or noise outside. Volume control is on one headphone. Options for connecting either into TV Audio out (listen at different volume than speakers), or can plug into Headphone jack, muting TV speakers. Sound is very good, as well as distance from source.
Pros:
  • When connected to Audio Out on TV
  • the volume is separate from TV volume
Cons:
  • Nothing so far

Great

I just purchased my second set of RS-120s. I live in a nursing home and wear them every night for about 9 hours to block out other noises and not disturb anyone else. They are very comfrontable and good sound. The transmitter finally went after 5 years.

Good - but could be better!

My puppy chewed through two headphone extension cables. And during my last move, lost the remote control for my AV receiver. All sound is routed through the receiver - TV, cassette, VCR, satellite box - to drive quality floor speakers. And at night, volume must be turned down.
Pros:
  • Comfortable
  • Great Sound
  • Lightweight
Cons:
  • Falls Off/Out Of Ear
  • Poor setup instructions
  • Recharge cradle poor

The RS120 is a wireless headphone that receives an analogue radio signal, as such it is prone to interference from cellphones and is easily shadowed by having a TV or other shielding things in the signal path.
Pros:
  • Good range
  • nice sound
  • mostly hiss-free
Cons:
  • Can start hissing suddenly
  • in electronically noisy environment head position changes reception

When they are working well the sound quality is very poor!
Pros:
  • the only good things about these is that they charge them selves and that they look good
Cons:
  • Because they work on a FM transmitter and reciever if they are even slightly out of tune they give of an ear killing screach of white noise! Very bad point! Its so bad that you cant enjoy what you are watching because you are always waiting for it! I would not recomend them to any one!

Sennheiser's model RS-120 wireless headphones give consumers an easy-to-use wireless alternative to open-air speakers and headphones with cords. Because they're wireless, you can listen to music or TV without being in the same room and without blasting your stereo or television speakers.
Pros:
  • Easy to use and install
  • Excellent range and sound
  • Small
  • attractively-designed unit that will blend in with most electronics components
Cons:
  • Doesn't always eliminate sound coming from the source
  • like on televisions
  • Power station requires a constant power supply and headphones won't work if not charged

  • - Ljudnivån i lurarna
  • all volym över vanligt tal nivå går ej att lysna på då basen "spricker upp" & diskanten skär i öronen.
