Good all-purpose sound

This headset may be available from other online vendors, but NewEgg's excellent service and commitment to fighting bad business ethics and practices (patent trolls) always tips me to their direction.

This headset has extraordinarily good sound - in both directions; as the headphones have remarkable clarity and great volume range; and I'm told my voice comes through loud and clear.

This is not an problem for me at all; but the mouthpiece swivels downward in only one direction; such that it is always on the left side of one's face

I looked for a better one for the price but couldn't find one - the inline volume control and mute switch are a surprisingly useful feature. My boss gave me his headset to borrow for a conference call and then told me to find one for them to buy me and I ended up getting this one which was the same...

An excellent headset with perfect sound clarity. Ideal for lengthy Internet "meetings" when handsfree mode is required whilst reviewing lengthy documents and writing notes whilst speaking.

I work from home and this headset is awesome. The flip up feature really works and the sound quality is really great.

This is really great product. PROS 1) Good headphone sound quality great with VOIP calls and also listening songs. 2) Good mic delivers crisp clear sound to receiver. 3) Long 2 meter wire. This is long enough. Cons: minimum volume using headphone volume controller cannot be reduced below one level.

I wanted a headset to join in an on-line seminar. So glad I bought them. they are as clear as a bell.
