Sennheiser HD800 - Simply the best headphones!!!
I've always been a fan of audio and nice setups from car audio, hifi's and headphones. But i have never taken the plunge into buying the better products around. Audio is a funny thing and is very subjective and everyone has their opinions and tastes.

Sennheiser?HD 800 Headphones
The HD 800 are highly regarded cans. I have listened to mine for hours and hours and never fatigue. They give me everything my speakers do. BUT, they are 300 imp, so be SURE to have a decent source. If you don't you will miss the bass and life of the headphones.

Sennheiser HD800 review
These Sennheiser HD800s look a tad ‘conventional' at first glance, but they're very far from being ordinary cans. For starters, they use Sennheiser's most advanced driver tech, a larger-than-usual 56mm diaphragm and a stainless-steel transducer.

Sennheiser HD800
The Sennheiser HD800 headphones are a very different proposition from other headphones in this price bracket. They look quite conventional at first glance, but these are very far from being ordinary ‘cans'.
Pros:
- Exceptionally comfortable
- good design
- solid bass
- fine presentation
Cons:
- Beaten by the Grado SR1000i for realism
- openness and insight

Sennheiser HD800
A very fine pair of headphones from Sennheiser, and worth an audition if you don't get on with Grados

Sennheiser HD 800 Review
Sennheiser is one of the few companies around that refuse to run with the fickle demands of the market, with product refreshes that offer cosmetic changes and perhaps a minor tweaking to sound output.
Pros:
- Excellent sounding and very resolving
- Comfortable to wear - important for this grade of headphone
- Detachable cable eases aftermarket cable mods
- Is surprisingly forgiving on mediocre sources
Cons:
- Requires good amplification
- Will not sound its best without a high quality source
- Did we mention they're uber expensive

A basic Fact
Human Ears can detect sounds in the range 20Hz to 20,000Hz (This headphone gives way more) The Headphone is definitely good, but is it worth that much? Perhaps the unheard emitted frequencies will keep the flies away.

Sennheiser HD 800
What is hi-fi? And how much should you have to pay? For some people, the pursuit of high-fidelity is never-ending and forms a hobby all of its own. But like any obsession, once you get past a certain level it stops being fun and just becomes analytical.
Pros:
- Solidly built
- Great sound
- Suitable to all genres of music
Cons:
- Need a beefy headphone amp
- Price

The HD800 is currently at the top of the Sennheiser line, and by some commentators perhaps one of the best dynamic headphones ever. - On arrival, the HD800 comes in a black wooden box that is foam-padded with luxurious velvet. It also contains a full-color, richly detailed booklet.
